BATTLE OF BANDS

All the participants should report at the venue by 9.30am.
No of band members should be less than 10.
Songs which are Pro-religious, Anti religious, offensive or containing vulgar lyrics are not permitted.
Only the drum Kit will be provided. Musicians have to bring their own instruments.
The competition will have atleast 2 rounds (depending on the number of bands registering)
The bands will be given 10 mins in the first round (including sound check)
The second round would be 15 mins.
All the rounds would be judged on the following Creativity, Technical skills, stage presence and time keeping.
Smoking, Drinking, consumption of Drugs & Misbehaving is not permitted.
Any misconduct of the participant will lead to disqualification of the whole team.

BOB

Protocol/Lay out of the event [All the rounds have eliminations]
Preliminary Round (Round 1) ---- 4min (Song of your Choice).
Semi-Final Round (Round 2) ---- 5min (Prop round, song of your choice).
Props for the 2nd Round :1. phone, Tab, computer 2. Megaphone 3.Gloves 4. Ropes 5. Floor Lamp 6.Walking Stick 7.Notebooks
Note: Song for round two has to be based on freedom and a prop given from the list should be used in the routine. Points will be awarded based on the creativity with the props.
Final Round (Round) ---- 5min (Theme Round, Song of your choice).
Note: Theme for the final round is Social Media - A good/bad perspective.
Keep your belonging with you. If lost, we are not responsible.
*Please adhere to the Rules for the Smooth running of the program… the teams will be disqualified if found violating the rules. (The decision of the management will be final and arguments will not be entertained)
Choice of costume should be Modest Costume (not so revealing)
Song selection shouldn't be religious or shouldn't hurt any community and Shouldn't be abuse tone (bad lyrics).
The songs selected tracks should be bought along with the participants in pendrive.

DANCE

All songs must be clean (no vulgarity or fowl languages)
The song choices must be mailed first - mail id : singing.aazadi22@gmail.com
If they are require background music they need to bring their own in a pendrive.
Round 1 - Song of their Choice (3.5mins)

*Those qualified in this round will proceed to Round 2
Round 2 Semi Final - Medley ( 2 or more ) English + Any Regional Language (3 mins)

*Minimum of 2 languages with English being compulsory as one of the languages in the medley
*Those qualified in this round will proceed to the Final Round
Round 3 Final Round - Song on Theme (Azaadi, Freedom, Nation, Unity, India) (3 mins)
Presentation & Introduction of the participant will count as bonus points
REGISTRATION FEE: Solo- 250, Group of 2: 350/-, Group of 3+: 700/-

SINGING

The competition is divided into 2 rounds. Round 1: Screening. Act time - Not more than 2 minutes. Theme - Random, Participants screened in this round will move to Round 2.
Round 2: Act time - Not more than 3 mins. Theme : Freedom
Contestants must highlight the theme "Freedom" in their acts in Round 2, failing which they would be disqualified
Any act can be stopped by the judges at any given point of time during the performance by the judges' buzzer
Aerial acts and acts requiring more than 12 FEET of ceiling height will not be allowed.
NO profanity or vulgar lyrics in any vocal performance or dance music.
NO pyrotechnics, open flames or any other dangerous additions.
NO nudity allowed! Keep attire at a respectable and tasteful level.
Contestants may only perform ONE act during the show. Any contestant who participates in more than one acts will be disqualified from BOTH the acts.
Contestant performing a solo act can participate in only 1 group act, if required.
Any misconduct of the contestant will lead to disqualification of the whole team.
REGISTRATION FEE: Solo: 250 /-, Group 2-4: 100/- per head, & >5: 500/-

HGT

Reporting time at the venue: 9.30am.
The contest is open to any photographer, amateur or professional.
Pictures taken with DSLR/Phone Camera are eligible
Images only above 3Mp shall be entertained and must be in Jpeg format
Each image submitted must be the original and unpublished work of the participant who must also be its copyright owner.
The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s name, and where the image was taken. E.g. Payal James, First Overflow.
Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed( before and after pictures to be submitted).
Round - 1 no elimination . Round -2 Elimination. Round-3 Results will be declared

JUDGING:
The images will be selected by a panel of judges and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection process and decision will be entertained.
The panel of judges will evaluate the images based on the following criteria: 1) Artistic/visual appeal 2) Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.
Images will be judged based on originality, creativity and relevance to the theme.
